The Great 2010 Summer Reading Challenge
We are
starting a new summer reading incentive program this year for children
entering grades K-6. Children who do not read over the long summer vacation
start the year far behind their peers that do read. The best way to stop
this summer loss is to keep up the habit of reading at home throughout the
summer. Reading is a great way to learn about something new, get out of the
sun, and have fun too.
